WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
The webshop is organized for deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands only. Standard delivery is on the ground floor and the driver needs help when unloading the furniture. Delivery time: approximately 1 week.

For deliveries outside Belgium and the Netherlands, we work with the postal service (for small items) or specialized transporters (for large items). Delivery time is 1-4 weeks after order, depending on your location. Please contact us at info@sputnikvintage.be for a shipping quote.
It is also possible to pick up your purchases at Sputnik Vintage's location near Antwerp (Belgium). You can make an appointment for pick up at info@sputnikvintage.be .

When your item has arrived, please unpack it and let us know what it looks like. In exceptional cases, damage can occur. Please take pictures of the damaged goods and the packaging material and describe as well as possible the situation and possible solution. Contact us at info@sputnikvintage.be. We will help you – customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to return the items within 14 days according to our instructions. Please contact us by email at info@sputnikvintage.be .

The items may not be used and should be returned in the same condition as you received them. You assume responsibility for payment of all shipments and any damage the item may incur during such time regardless of the reason for return. It is important to notice that the above-mentioned return policy is valid for online purchases only. Refunds will be done within 14 days after we receive your items.
